EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can return or exchange your Seasoned Vintage as long as it has not been used and does not have engraved initials. You will have a period of 15 days and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If the product has been personalized with initials we will only accept exchanges in case of flaws or manufacturing problems within 15 days from the day of shipping, after that date no exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will be accepted.
At Seasoned Vintage we only refund money in case of flaws or manufacturing defects and in these cases the shipping costs incurred are borne by Seasoned Vintage.
The return of the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer except in case of flaw or manufacturing defect. Send us an email at info@seasonedvintage.com indicating the reference to return or exchange. We will be happy to help you find a solution.
